1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EliteMill FX website, platform, accounts and services ("Services"). The Services are operated under the EliteMill FX brand by EliteMillFx LLC ("EliteMill FX", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, United States.

Each product is governed by its displayed terms and any product-specific agreement. Product descriptions, eligibility, funding methods, duration, fees, payment calculations and withdrawal conditions should be reviewed before you submit a transaction.
6. Deposits and payments
Use only payment methods and wallet addresses displayed in your account. Before sending cryptocurrency, check the asset, network, destination address and amount. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. A transaction hash or payment reference submitted by a user is not proof of receipt; deposits are credited only after the Company's required verification process is complete.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the applicable product terms, account verification requirements, available funds, transaction checks and applicable law. Users must provide accurate destination details. Any applicable fees, minimums, limits and processing periods will be disclosed through the platform or relevant product terms.
8. Fees and account records
Applicable platform fees and third-party charges will be disclosed before the relevant transaction is confirmed. Account balances, investment amounts and transaction histories are platform records and should be reviewed regularly. Please report discrepancies to support@elitemillfx.com.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorised access, market manipulation, security interference or exploitation of platform errors. EliteMill FX may investigate suspected violations and take action permitted or required by law.
10. Service availability
The Company may perform maintenance, update features or temporarily restrict access for operational, security, legal or technical reasons. Third-party service interruptions, network congestion and other events may affect the availability or timing of Services.
11. Regulatory status and geographic restrictions
EliteMillFx LLC's formation in Delaware is a corporate status and is not, by itself, a financial-services licence. The Company will offer regulated activities only where the relevant legal entity has the authorisation or exemption required by applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a non-waivable right to bring a claim before a competent court or regulator.
18. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with applicable product agreements and incorporated policies, form the agreement governing the Services, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
